Bexar County Women’s Bar believes the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our community, and inextricably linked with improving the status of women in the legal profession. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (“DEI”) is committed to promoting these values and opportunities throughout Bexar County Women’s Bar.
LEAD Academy
The LEAD Academy mission is to encourage the retention of women attorneys in the legal profession and to assist them in attaining the highest levels of success in their firms, organizations, and communities.
