As one of the leading bar organizations in the state of Texas, we are proud of our history and excited about our future. BCWB has a strong tradition of service to the community and of promoting equal justice under the law. Most importantly, we support Bexar County women attorneys, from varying backgrounds and practices, through education, networking, mentoring, and social support systems.
We continue our long history of service to and support of women attorneys as we continue our LEAD Academy! The LEAD Academy is a leadership-development program born out of a desire to assist women attorneys in attaining the highest level of success in their firms and organizations, in their communities, and in the legal profession.
